Grow and Widen Your Base – Reach out to new ideas, people and outside of your main lane think to expand your connections so a developed team can become self-reliant.
Be Transparent and Direct in All Your Dealings – A policy of openness and direct communication is paramount to your success in building your connections. Do not get fractured into small “click” groups.
